Anthem Real Estate – Market Report Sept. 2011

Anthem AZ Real Estate – Market Report Country Club Aug. 2011

Country Club homes sales fell off sharply in August, down to only 1 closing.  So analysis of month to month and year over are pointless due to the small sample size.  One positive note is that the number of homes under contract did increase by 27%  over July.  So we should see improved sales numbers [...]
